Through the conversations on our 25,000+ member Biodiversity Professionals LinkedIn group, we have identified four key interest areas. Our goal is to stimulate and drive conversations among experts in these areas. Over time, we are confident that combining these interest areas will allow our community to tackle the big questions of biodiversity conservation.

Key interest areas

The four topic areas are:

• Ecosystem services, and nature in the context of economics
• Population impacts, and its moral and ethical considerations
• Political versus marketing approaches to conservation
• Role of interdisciplinary science in biodiversity research
